Uncertified Logs

Details about the 'Uncertified Logs' message in the 'Unresolved Issues' section of the app

uncertified_logs

What does it mean?

This message lets drivers know that they have driving records for previous days that have not been certified.

Why is it bad?

Drivers are required to certify their logs to comply with FMCSA regulations.  Failure to certify logs will cause issues during inspections and audits.

How do you fix it?

  1. Click MORE next to the Uncertified Logs message.
  2. A popup will show which days are uncertified.  Click YES in the popup to go to the uncertified records.
  3. The NOT CERTIFIED button at the bottom-left of the page indicates that logs for the day displayed are not certified.  Click this button to certify the day's logs.
