Sensors will show as expired in the Blue Ink Tech app if your BIT Full Service subscription is not up to date, or if the app hasn't synced with the web.
When your sensors say "expired", the first thing to do is log out of the Blue Ink Tech app and re-enter your email and password to log in again. For those of you who don't like to log out of the app very often (we get it, you're busy!), your app may not have synced with the web in a while and won't have updated subscription information for the new month.
If that doesn't update your sensors, please call the BIT Support Team at 304-840-0142 to make sure your account is up to date.
