Maintenance Work List lets you track and resolve DVIR issues reported by drivers.
Your carrier's Work List can be found under the Maintenance tab in the web portal. This is a BIT Full Service feature, so you must have at least one subscribed vehicle to access Work List.
Work List is populated automatically when drivers report issues for vehicles in their Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR).
Once the issue has been addressed you can check the box next to the issue to mark it resolved in the system. You can add any relevant notes in the popup box. This will also resolve the issue on the original DVIR.
If you want to see the driver's note about the issue you can click on the Date Due link to see the original DVIR. Once resolved, the Work List issue will disappear and the only remaining record will be the DVIR under Compliance > DVIR.
