Updating Carrier Name or Address
Carrier administrators can update the carrier name and address in Account Settings
Before you begin, you will need an active Administrator role to edit carrier information.
Click on your initial in the upper right corner and select Account Settings from the drop down menu.
Select "Carrier Contact Information" at the very bottom of the menu to expand that section.
Click in the Name field to enter a new name for the carrier. This does not have to match the SAFER database and will be seen as a "doing business as" (DBA) name.
The carrier address must match the SAFER database for driver log compliance. If you have already updated the carrier address with the DOT, then click "+ Update address" to import the new address information.
