Schedule One-Time Maintenance Tasks

Manage special maintenance tasks that aren't part of normal recurring maintenance.

Use One-Time Maintenance Tasks for those jobs that aren't recurring, like installing new hardware or fixing issues. To create and manage recurring maintenance tasks, please see Schedule and Manage Recurring Maintenance.

Select Maintenance from the main navigation, then select Scheduled Tasks.

Create a New One-Time Task

Click the CREATE TASK button at the top right of the page to get started.

First, select whether this task will be recurring or one-time.

The Maintenance Type will automatically change to One Time Maintenance Task. When the task is created, it will live under that Task Type.

Enter a name for the task.

Next, select the equipment that needs the maintenance done.

Last, schedule the maintenance on the calendar.

Click the CREATE button at the bottom of the screen to create and schedule the task.

Once the task is created, it will be included on the list of all scheduled one-time tasks. To navigate to it later, go to the Scheduled Tasks page and select One-Time Maintenance Tasks from the table.

Click the link to open the one-time task list and see options to mark complete, edit, or delete any one-time maintenance task.

Mark Tasks Complete

One-Time Maintenance tasks can be marked completed on this screen, or it can be done on the Work List.

Click COMPLETE on the equipment row.

There is an option to reschedule the maintenance task if needed. Check the box and enter a date if the task needs to be done again in the future.

Edit Task Details

Unlike recurring tasks, one-time tasks only allow the due date to be edited. Click the EDIT link on the task row to change the scheduled date.

If the task name or assigned equipment need changed, delete this task and create a new one.
