Recommended settings for Samsung Devices

Samsung phones and tablets have power saving settings that can negatively affect app performance.

Make sure the Blue Ink Tech app is performing at its best by checking these settings on your Samsung device:

Android 11

Battery Optimization Settings

1. Go to Settings on your phone/tablet
2. Tap Apps
3. Search for and select Blue Ink Tech
4. Tap Battery
5. Disable Optimize Battery usage for the Blue Ink Tech app

Power Saving Mode Settings

1. Go to Settings on your phone/tablet
2. Tap Battery & Device Care
3. Tap Battery
4. Disable Power Saving mode

Sleeping App Settings

1. Tap Background usage limits
2. Disable Put unused apps to sleep
3. Tap Never sleeping apps and add Blue Ink Tech
