What does it mean?
This usually happens when a driver account is not associated with any carriers.
Why is it bad?
Driver logs are required to be linked to a carrier per the ELD mandate.
How do you fix it?
You can contact the administrator for the carrier and request that they add the driver's account to the carrier. You can also contact support at (304) 381-1512.
