Manage BIT Full Service Subscriptions

You can subscribe new vehicles and update payment info for your BIT Full Service subscriptions on our website.

 

Assigning existing subscriptions to vehicles

BIT Full Service purchased with a BIT ELD will need to be assigned to a vehicle to start displaying service data on the website. To assign service to a vehicle:

  1. Click on your initial in the top right corner of the website, then select Subscriptions.
  2. Select the BIT Full Service tab
  3. Check the box by the vehicle you wish to have BFS features like tracking and IFTA reporting.
  4. Continue to check vehicle boxes until the Unassigned Subscriptions counter at the top of the page says zero.

 

Subscribing new vehicles

You can also add new plans through the website to assign to any vehicle. To do that, follow the steps above to go to the BIT Full Service subscriptions page.

Check the box next to the vehicle or vehicles you want to subscribe to service. Then click the "CHECKOUT & ACTIVATE" button at the bottom of the screen.

Follow the checkout steps to save your payment method and active the subscription.

 

Reassigning subscriptions to new vehicles

We know that fleets of vehicles are ever-changing with maintenance and vehicles being sold or traded. If a subscribed truck is removed from your fleet, you can transfer the subscription to another vehicle.

Call the Support Team to get the reassignment. Once the reassignment is done, you won't have access to any IFTA mileage reports, fuel receipts, or other documents that are subject to BFS subscription status. You will need to download any records and reports before we transfer the subscription.

Rental trucks during maintenance

If you let the Support Team know ahead of time that your long-term vehicle will be down for maintenance, and you will be using a rental truck for some time, we can accommodate that by temporarily transferring the subscription to the rental.

BFS plans can only be assigned to one truck at a time, so when you get your long-term vehicle back, you will need to save and download all the IFTA mileage reports, fuel receipts, and other documents that are subject to BFS subscription status.

Once you have all the data you need for your records, we will remove the rental vehicle and reassign service back to your long-term vehicle.
