Carrier admins can select which Dashcam events they want to be notified about by email or text.
All BIT Dashcam notifications are enabled for email by default when someone in your carrier connects to a new Dashcam.
Select Notifications to Receive
To change these default settings, log in the Blue Ink Tech web portal and click on your initial in the top right corner. Click "Account Settings", then click "Notifications" to expand those setting options.
Use the toggles to disable any alerts you no longer wish to receive.
Enable Text Message Notifications
To receive text message alerts from your carrier, you will need to enter your cell number in your account information at the top of your Account Settings.
Then toggle on the Test Message option at the bottom of the notifications section.
