Details about the 'Location Permission' message in the 'Unresolved Issues' section of the app
What does it mean?
This message lets drivers know that the app does not have permission to access their device's location (GPS position).
Why is it bad?
The app uses the driver's location to automatically populate location data fields for their logs. If the app does not have permission to access their location these fields in their logs will not be filled in. This can cause issues during roadside inspections and audits.
How do you fix it?
- Go to the Settings app on the driver's device.
- Select the Blue Ink Tech app.
- Make sure the Blue Ink Tech app has permission to access location data.
