What does it mean?
This message lets drivers know that location services have been turned off. Location services are what allow apps to determine the device's location through, for example, the device's GPS sensor.
Why is it bad?
With location services turned off the app will not be able to determine the driver's location. The app will not be able to fill in location fields in their logs and their logs will be incomplete. This may cause problems during a roadside inspection or log audits.
How do you fix it?
Location services must be enabled (turned on) on the driver's device. This will be a setting on the driver's device, not a setting in the app.
