HOS Violation Report

Keep track of potential violations for all driver logs to monitor driver safety or prepare for an audit.

Potential HOS violations in the last 30 days are shown on the Dashboard for administrators, as well as on the Driver Logs page. Click the alert number in either location to see the full list of violations.

Click on any day listed to load the driver's log graph for that day. There you can see the type of violation and make suggested edits to correct the logbook.

To see earlier violations, or to download the current list of issues, use the Export option in the Potential Violations slide out panel.

In the export tool, select the drivers to include in the report.

Next, select the date range for the report. These reports are limited to a 30-day date range due to the number of records it must query. Logs are available for this report as far back as 2020.

Last, select a PDF or CSV format for the report. PDF will be selected by default. Both formats will show the driver, type of violation, date, time, and time in violation. Time in violation equals the time they were in Driving until they entered an off-duty status and completed the required rest break.

Once the drivers, dates, and format are selected, click the EXPORT button again to create the report. It will automatically appear in your computer's Downloads folder to be printed or saved elsewhere.
