Adding Fuel Receipts on the website

Administrators can add fuel receipts anytime on the website

Just like drivers using the BIT app, administrators can add new or past fuel receipts. These fuel receipts will be used for IFTA calculations of in-state fuel purchases.

Add a new fuel receipt
  1. In the main navigation, select Documents and then Fuel Receipts from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click the blue CREATE FUEL RECEIPT button in the top right.
  3. In the fuel receipt panel, fill out all the fields. You'll need to know the vehicle, driver, date, fuel amount, fuel price, and the state where it was purchased.


  4. Once the required fields are filled, you can add a job number and any relevant notes.
  5. Click the CREATE FUEL RECEIPT button at the bottom of the screen to save it.

 

Edit or Add and Image to the Fuel Receipt

After saving, you'll be taken to the new fuel receipt record. All of the details of the receipt are in the left panel and can be edited by clicking into any field.

  1. To add an image, or page, click the three dots at the top of the center panel.
  2. Select "Add Pages to End..." from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Click "CHOOSE FILE" to browse files on your device to upload. Click upload to add the file.
