Uploading Documents
Documents created by drivers in the Blue Ink Tech app will be automatically uploaded and stored on the website. Access to these documents on the website is a paid services feature for Dashcam and BIT Full Service subscribers.
Deleting Documents
Documents created in the app will be automatically cleared from the app after 2 weeks but will remain on the website indefinitely.
Deleting the document in the app will also delete it from the website. This is especially important for fuel receipts because they won't be retained for IFTA reports once deleted.
Shared Documents
Admins can create and share documents from the website. These shared documents cannot be edited or deleted on the app, only on the website.
Shared documents are indicated by the pin icon by their name.
